Our Story

From the Ground Up

Alice Street Realty was founded on the belief that a real estate brokerage should be a community hub, not just an office. Located in the historic St. Patrick’s Ward, we renovated an old industrial building into a vibrant space, representing the pinnacle of sustainability in Guelph.

We don’t just sell houses; we advocate for sustainable urban development and affordable housing initiatives in Guelph, which we truly believe is the best place to live in Ontario.

  • We run clothing and food drives for those in need in the city
  • We will host community and client appreciation events such as yoga nights, markets, concerts

Powered by rooftop solar panels, we walk the walk, demonstrating our commitment to a greener future through innovative urban renewal.
  • Our business runs on solar powered energy produced by solar panels on the roof
  • We serve locally roasted, organic coffee in mugs (not throw away cups)
  • We provide agents and clients with access to a fleet of electric bicycles to use for touring the city and listings
